What age groups do we treat?
We treat and provide consults for newborns to young adults, from ages 0 years to 25 years.
What states can we see patients in?
Currently, we are serving patients in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. We will be adding California very soon. Please keep checking back as we add coverage in other states.
Can we Prescribe medications?
Yes, we are licensed in the states listed to prescribe medication. Our advanced technology is integrated with most pharmacies. You should be able to pick up prescription at the pharmacy closest to you.
Commonly prescribed medications include:
Skin creams or ointments
Antibiotics, if indicated*
We are committed to providing you the highest quality medical care. Our providers follow national health care guidelines for prescribing antibiotics. Antibiotics are only warranted in specific cases and can have side effects such as diarrhea, rash, or serious allergic reactions. Our providers only prescribe them when clinically appropriate.
Our care providers will not prescribe or refill controlled medications such as:
Narcotics (i.e. Oxycodone, Vicodin, Percocet, Codeine)
Anti-anxiety medications (i.e. Xanax, Valium, Ativan, Klonopin)
Stimulants (i.e, Adderall, Ritalin)
What are the technical requirements to see the doctor?
All you need is your phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. Our advanced systems are fully compatible with Android/ Apple phones and computers. Please make sure your camera and mic are turned on. Is my information secure?
We maintain the privacy and security of your personal information following industry standards. We collect only the patient information absolutely required in order to deliver our service effectively. Your personal information and visit details are confidential and are protected in a secure manner.
How do I make an appointment?
Click on Book now and choose an available time slot. Please provide your demographic details and your email. The doctor’s office will contact you via text and email.
Do you take insurance?
At the current time, we are not taking any insurance. However, we can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance. We will be taking insurance very soon, so please check back.
How do I submit a bill to my insurance company?
Most insurance companies have medical reimbursement or medical claim forms available on their websites.
Claims processes differ among insurers, so please contact your insurance company's claims department directly.
Will insurance cover my visit?
While we cannot accept insurance for visits, you may request an invoice to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. (We cannot guarantee reimbursement).
You may also check with your insurance to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible.
Can I use a Health Savings Account to pay for the service?
Typically, the online visit fee is a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). If you choose to pay by this method, please note that the card must have a Visa or Mastercard logo.
